Ash

 
Ash is used for colds, fever, and rheumatism. Although its use has not been officially recognized, Ash is considered effective for these three problems. Preparations made from Ash leaves are also used for arthritis, gout, bladder disorders, constipation, and water retention. Preparations of the bark are taken as a tonic.
