Catnip

Catnip is used for fevers and colds, although its effectiveness has not been officially recognized. It is also used to ease cramps, and it is believed to have sedative properties that can remedy nervous disorders and migraine headache. Its calming effects, however, have yet to be scientifically verified.

No known medical conditions preclude the use of Catnip. At customary dosage levels, Catnip appears to pose no risks. No drug interactions have been reported. This information is for educational purposes and should not replace discussions with your doctor.
