Coffee Charcoal

Coffee Charcoal is used for diarrhea and sore throat. When roasted until burnt and blackened, then ground to a powder, coffee beans turn out to be an effective remedy for diarrhea and mild cases of sore throat. Coffee prepared in the ordinary way fights physical and mental fatigue and is sometimes recommended for migraine headache. Homeopathy, under the theory of "like cures like," uses coffee as a remedy for nervousness and nerve pain.

Take caffeine with caution if you have a heart condition, kidney disease, an overactive thyroid, a disposition to convulsions, or a tendency to anxiety or panic attacks. Coffee Charcoal, when taken at customary dosage levels, has no side effects. Coffee in beverage form is a different matter. It can cause acid stomach, stomach irritation, diarrhea, and poor appetite; and sustained intake can lead to physical dependence. Withdrawal symptoms include headache and sleeping disorders. Drinking large amounts of steeped coffee over an extended period can also lead to a significant increase in levels of total and LDL ("bad") cholesterol. However, use of coffee filters largely eliminates this problem. Coffee Charcoal can interfere with the ability of the body to absorb medicines.
