Coriander

 
Coriander is used for appetite loss and indigestion. In folk medicine, Coriander has also been used to treat coughs, chest pains, bladder complaints, leprosy, rash, fever, diarrhea, headaches, mouth and throat disorders, bad breath, and childbirth complications; and in Asia, it is used for heartburn, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, measles, sore throat, rectal prolapse, and vomiting. Its effectiveness for these conditions remains unproven.


There are no known reasons to avoid Coriander. Coriander poses no known risks when taken at usual dosage levels. There is a slight possibility that you could develop a sensitivity to the herb.
